If those guys are healthy, the Panthers absolutely have some interesting veterans who could provide some good depth for contending teams -- I've always liked Sean Bergenheim and I think that guy might be an outstanding pickup this season.

Nice thing is are shedding a lot of salary at the end of the year, and have a lot of upcoming prospects about to make the jump so we are pretty good with cap space.

I am sure he will do just fine. Just because he didn't score a crazy amount of goals doesn't mean anything. He was still almost a PPG not playing his normal position so I am not worried.
